We Fit In is a rather nice company run by a very nice person called Paula.
Paula's the bee's knees when it comes to keeping her customers happy, so when she's not sat in her office oohing and aahing over the latest styles, she's making sure everything's fine and dandy at We Fit In.
So (to the boring bit) and to keep everybody happy, it's only sensible that you read the small print before shopping with We Fit In.
The term 'We Fit In' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 12 Waylands, Cricklade, Swindon, SN6 6BT.
The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
1. Our Products
At We Fit In we aim to provide accurate product information and to ensure the website is as precise as possible.
Neither we, nor any third parties, can provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website.
We aim to ensure pricing information is correct however occasionally this may not happen. In this instance and if some items are incorrectly priced and should the incorrect price be easily recognised by you as an error, we are permitted to decline your order and exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors.
Prices are in Pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are added to your order at checkout.
2. Your Order
All orders placed will be acknowledged by email. Orders will become legally binding when it is confirmed the items are in stock and/or have been dispatched to you.
If we are unable to fully dispatch your order due to part of the order being out of stock, we will contact you by the email address provided. Those items in stock will be dispatched to you and an alternative item will be offered. Alternative refers to items of similar quality and style, value, same brand but different colour.
If we are unable to provide you with either an alternative or the item requested is unavailable from our supplier, that part of your order will be cancelled.
If you have not responded to our email within five days the out of stock items will be sent to you once we have received them from our supplier. If we are unable to obtain stock from the supplier to satisfy the complete order we will issue you with a refund.

All items bought from our website should meet your requirements.

4. Returns and Your Right to Cancel
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. If you do not wish to accept the new delivery date, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01865 989123 and we will cancel your order. Your credit/debit card will be refunded.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge.
Orders can be cancelled at any time and for any reason within 30 days. Please complete the Goods Return Form and enclose with your purchases. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and we aim to refund within 30 days of the date you gave notice of cancellation; we will refund the full amount of the item.
If you would like a replacement, please advise on item, colour, size.
Refunds will not be made until all goods are received by us and are in perfect condition. Perfect condition means unused, unworn, free from grease marks, pet hair, deodorant, food marks etc. We know We Fit In customers are lovely and clean people so we don't think we need to remind you to keep your underwear on when trying on our capri's, tights and pants. Labels must still be attached to the product and they must be retuned in their original plastic bag.
Should any item be faulty, we will refund all monies subject to confirmation of the fault and at this point, postage costs will be credited to your account. You are responsible for the items once they have been delivered to you. Any loss or damage caused by us, we will assume liability however only where it is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms and conditions.
Underwear can not be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights. If the product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose please contacts us on email@example.com
Disputes will be resolved quickly and efficiently. Any court proceeding must be carried out within the UK.
Exchanges will be sent within 2 weeks from the date you send your parcel back to We Fit In.
5. Secure Payment
We Fit In would like you to feel confident and enjoy your shopping experience with us. We therefore use the latest technology to ensure that orders are processed securely and safely.
When ordering online, you must be the cardholder, and give the registered cardholder's address, even if the order is going to a separate delivery address. We use Barclaycard EPDQ CPI payment system for all orders placed through our website; this system is a secure system utilising the latest SSL technology; all card and personal details are encrypted ensuring orders are processed safely. We also use 'PayPal'.

We reserve the right to refuse to process and order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order of our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
